What the quote form collects

We collect the project details, service address, name and contact information you choose to provide. Photos are required for Virtual Estimates and optional for On-Site Estimates. Please avoid including documents, faces or other private information that is unrelated to the work.

How the information is used

Quote requests and photos are stored so the Finish Line estimating team can review the project and contact you about an estimate. We send a confirmation to the email address you provide and a project notification to our business inbox. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Storage and access

Request details and photos are held in the website’s hosted database and file storage. Uploaded photos are not displayed in the public project gallery. Project photos are accessible through private links provided to our team. Transactional emails are sent through Resend; no automatic SMS messages are sent.

Campaign information

If you arrive through an advertising link, its campaign identifiers may be saved with your request to understand where enquiries come from. The site prepares interaction events for quote buttons and submissions. No Google Analytics or Meta advertising scripts are enabled on this website.
